While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to reveal systemic racial disparities in educational opportunity, there are revelations to which we can and must respond. Through conscientious efforts, using an intentional focus on race, school leaders can address these inequities and create the conditions for every student to achieve at high levels.

Join Dr. Melissa Krull, co-founder and facilitator of the Institute for Courageous Principal Leadership, and Glenn E. Singleton, Founder and CEO of Courageous Conversation庐 as they reflect on and discuss their individual and collective efforts to guide and support leadership for racial equity. Drawing upon decades of experience leading and partnering with schools, business, families and communities, they will share perspectives on the current contexts in each sector and what continues to be the unique and essential roles of leaders in pursuit of equity and excellence.
