Sarah Brown, Ph.D., is a national MTSS consultant and author. She formerly served as Senior Director of MTSS Solutions at Renaissance and as Bureau Chief at the Iowa Department of Education. She is co-author of the book Effective Universal Instruction: An Action-Oriented Approach to Improving Tier 1.
Annette Duncan, Ph.D.
Annette Duncan, Ph.D., is a Literacy Coach at Lowell Elementary in Waterloo, Iowa. She has proudly served the Waterloo School District for 34 years. She earned a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Northern Iowa. She also holds a Literacy Coach Certification and is involved with providing professional development in the areas of literacy and equity.
