States, local communities, and the federal government have helped schools purchase digital devices, upgrade broadband, and buy software to help kids make up for more than a year of 鈥渦nfinished learning.鈥� Educators are now more equipped than ever with the technologies and the skills they need to use digital learning to help fill those learning gaps. But challenges and problems persist.
