Sprinavasa Brown
Co-Founder & CEO, ELSO Inc.
Sprinavasa is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ELSO Inc. based in Portland Oregon, where she is a recognized community and thought leader. Recipient of multiple community awards including the Distinguished Alumni Service Award of Catlin Gabel School, the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Pi Alpha Zeta Community Service Award, and an Unsung Heroes Community Service Award. Ms. Brown is an alumna of the Bonner Scholars Leadership Program, and the Center for Diversity and the Environments (CDE) EE42 Program, CDE鈥檚 Regional Visioning Project for Environmental Justice Education. Sprinavasa has worked on programming, projects and advisory committees alongside local, regional, and national government agencies, including US Fish and Wildlife Service, Metro Regional Government鈥檚 Public Engagement Review Committee, Parks & Nature Department鈥檚 Equity Advisory Committee, served on two Portland Parks and Recreation Advisory Committees, Ms. Brown currently is a member of the Historic Albina Advisory Board for Oregon鈥檚 Department of Transportation (ODOT) I-5 Rose Quarter Highway Expansion project and a proud 3rd generation descendant of Black Oregonians in the Albina community. Sprinavasa leads the Consulting Services team supporting nonprofits, schools, districts, businesses, and Community-Based organizations and their leadership

Dr. Alberto Bellocchi
Queensland University of Technology, Academic. Associate Professor of Education
Alberto is an Associate Professor of Education at the Queensland University of Technology. He has a program of research focused on understanding the teaching and learning of science as a situated process. This program contains two streams, with one focusing science teacher and student emotions, and the other addressing the interplay of emotion and cognition in teaching and learning. He is the founder and leader of the Learning Science and Innovation Laboratory. Alberto鈥檚 research has made contributions to the fields of science education, sociology of emotion, and engineering education.

Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer, Project Lead The Way
As Chief Impact Officer, Katie Minihan leads the Impact Team focused on equity, access, and supporting PLTW鈥檚 mission through research, government relations, policy, advancement, and strategic partnerships. Prior to that role, Katie served as the Senior Vice President of Research where she was responsible for setting and pursuing PLTW鈥檚 research agenda, as well as engaging in internal and external research pursuits to measure the impact of PLTW programming.
